Imagine if one in every ten persons in Nigeria planted a fruit tree.
One of the ways Nigeria could be great is through agriculture.
Even people wey study Agriculture abandone the certificate to sell wig grin

Later when they buy one egg 100naira, or few fruits on high price, they will pick up their phones, snap and post to lament.. grin grin

Well this is still morning, a global recession will heat up towards ember month..We are still doing with last year harvests...Magbe chi foro, onye o wula ga anu uda ya... grin

Here in Lagos is #500 also
Back of fruit market in Ikotun, I bought half basket for #500 and I know that the guy cheated me which was later confirmed when I got home by the women, but no lele... The main thing is for you to know the main source for things like this and you will be surprised at how you can get them in large quantity for cheaper price...

I still don't understand how the South has more fertile land and the north is mostly desert but it's the north that produce more foods for the nation. how?

In the rural communities, these things are useless as they practically walk over them. Blame the high cost to logistics and spoilage. You also pay for the ones they don't sell that gets damaged

Here is opportunity for change, yet we will still collect one thousand and dash it. Bales of naira are going round in bribe for delegates by all parties. Tomorrow when the recovery of investment with monumental interests and profits begin we shout looting. We are setting another stage for more looting and more weakening of the naira. Haba

What shall we do?

FACTS: IF THE NORTH WAS FERTILE AS YOU CLAIMED, THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY NEED FOR BRINGING THEIR COWS TO THE MIDDLE BELT & THE SOUTH, FOR PASTURE!

¤

THE MIDDLE BELT FEEDS THE NATION, NOT THE NORTH!!!

WE ALL KNOW WHAT THE NORTH IS GOOD AT!!!!

when did I say the north is fertile? read again.

I saw some big mangoes today at Akute and it was for N300 each. I was aghast. 2 years ago, each one was 100.

Prices today are impossible.

Benin is another part of this country where the cost of living grossly outweighs the level of income.... you'd be left to.womder if the whole state is that industrialized..yet they'll be charging you as if you're in Lagos

Even though mostly desert, the remaining parts are very fertile. Besides, the northerners are not lazy when it comes to farming, unlike the southerners who believe in quick money, the reason they easily fall for yahoo yahoo and ritual killings.
