I live in Rivers state and about going for NYSC.My sis is suggesting working my NYSC redeployment to the state for service, but I think otherwise.
Is Rivers state a good place to served?

Am currently serving in Rivers. If you don't have a good place already to choke yourself in don't mind coming here cause 1. The cost of living will kill you 2. The community you'd be sent to will make you want to ghost NYSC 3. Rivers State is an unusual place for corpers cause nobody gives a f##k if you a corper or not.

Guy no serve for there oh! Cuz you'll not make any savings after serving due to high cost of living.

I strongly recommend south-west states apart from lagos

Thanks a lot for the input.I thought as much.My instinct strongly opposed it,and moreover their electricity supply is terribly dismal,in spite of their oil money.

You're welcome.. I personally served in oyo state, oyo town to be precise and it was a wonderful experience, things were very cheap, the people were nice and I was able to save a lot after serving.
