US- based lawyer, Bruce Fein, has accused the Federal Government of planning to imprison the Kanu till death without trial.

Fein, lawyer of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, made the claim in a letter to the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, where he warned the group not to sit on the legal fence.

He stated this in a letter dated May 31, 2022, and was addressed to the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, George Obiozor.

On Tuesday, Kanu’s Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, the letter was made public.

The letter reads partly: “It has become obvious beyond a reasonable doubt that the Fulani zealots have no incriminating evidence against him.
