URGENT RECRUITMENT OF HR GENERALIST

I am currently sourcing for a HR Generalist for Rainoil Limited.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Working Hours: 08:00 am- 05:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.

Qualification: BSc in HRM/Business Administration or a related discipline. At least three year of human resource management experience preferred. CIPM an added advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent man-agement systems.
