Hello guys, I have a single room shared apartment for rent at ikorodu. It's actually 2 bedroom flat but the other one is vacant so I want to rent it out. Its tiled, spacious, well ventilated, with toilet, and kitchen. The compound is serene and am not always around. I only come during weekend cos I work in ajah. It goes for 130k only (minus agency and agreement) and all gender (preferably male) , tribe or religion are welcome thank you. Minus agency and agreement? You plan to collect agency and agreement fees for an apartment you're subletting? Nigerians definitely deserve the kind of leaders they get. |

RESHARPENED: Why are Nigerians always savage on social media? How I conduct my business should not bother you. Do you know how much same apartment goes for in Ajah?? If you know u have no intention of renting it, just pass by. These things can be negotiated. I am not answerable to you. Thank you |
