the problem of nigeria is quit simple. Higher engineers to do good roads across the country but abuja nigeria will abandon the basic form of land transportation and rather do rail while also zoning the road map to some part of the country abandoning the south-east for example. Visionary leaders would/have step down and it would be the duty of patriotic people to point out what nigeria need to do to get going and support whoever emerges as the eventual election winner. Most abandoned unfallowed lands in nigeria would have been converted to cash crop farming. Nigeria needs to be greener not deserted. Nigeria need also to prioritize education and work to avoid stagnation.
