Pimples don't normally leave marks as long as you don't irritate or squeeze them. However, sometimes you just can't resist the temptation of popping your pimples. This improper way of getting rid of acne will cause scars which can make you look less attractive. Fortunately, there are many different types of pimple scar removal treatments available today. You can choose modern treatments like microdermabrasion or laser skin resurfacing to remove the blemishes thoroughly. However, these treatments are costly and they can be painful as well.

If you are looking for a safer, cheaper way to get rid of the unsightly blemishes, you can try using home remedies for acne scars or products that you can get easily from drug stores or cosmetic shops. Here are some simple techniques that you can try at home:

1. Use bleaching cream to get rid of acne blemishes. Blemishes are usually darker than the surrounding skin, hence bleaching cream will make them look lighter. The scars will gradually fade away, and your skin will look flawless.

2. Exfoliate the scars using facial or body scrub. Exfoliation is important to promote cell renewal and as a result, the damaged skin cells will be replaced by the new and healthy ones. You can do this twice a week.

3. Apply scar treatment creams directly on your scars. These creams will fade the scars gradually and you need to apply it frequently for as long as 12 weeks for best result.

4. Use products that contain hydroxy acids. These acids are useful for skin regeneration and they can help make your skin look smoother. Hydroxy acids can be found in various skin care products like lotions or cleansers. Use these products regularly and your scars will gradually fade away.

5. Massage the pimple scars to improve blood circulation to the scarred area. By doing this, the blood and nutrients will reach the scarred area more easily, and thus improving cell regeneration.

6. Consume foods which are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Nutrition is needed to help your skin heal itself so that the scars fade away easily.

7. Use home remedies to get rid of the scars. Lemon is rich in vitamin C that helps brighten the skin tone. Mix some fresh lemon juice with milk, almond oil, and honey. Mix the ingredients and apply the mixture to the scars, then leave it for about 30 minutes. Make sure that you wash your face before and after you apply this mixture. You can do this treatment three times a week to get the best result.

I dont know about others but as for the bleaching cream part it is WRONG. Getting rid of of acne at the expense of melanin in a world experiencing ozone depletion and global warming is simply choosing skin cancer over acne
