Running a business is never easy when the business field is already competitive and tons of businesses are getting open and going bankrupt. The core motive of a business is to earn sales and gain customer loyalty. In this case, customer feedback can help a business grow more on a large scale as if the customer feedback is taken seriously then the flaws of the business can be corrected.

In the race of being the best in the market business owners have to come up with new plans to win the heart of the customer. If the plan works then it can be profitable, if not then there can be curtains in the coming time. On the other hand customer feedback plays business’sl role in the business success, a business can have a lack which is common but if these lacking are replaced with something good then that's best for the business's future.

Along with customer feedback, retail selling is also important for a business. It is primarily because retailers are the key link between the customers and manufacturers. There is no glimpse of doubt in stating that retailers do provide quite a several benefits. Some of the notable benefits to consider are:

● It provides a faster turnover of inventory than others.

● Gives opportunities to contact directly with the main audience.

● There is a good chance of a better margin compared to wholesale.

However, in recent years the retail sales in China were dropping, well there can be many reasons for it. For a business, customer feedback can do wonders as it not only increases sales but also it gives a golden opportunity to the business to understand the customer better. If the customers are pleased with the services and behavior of the business then the brand image of a business will be good.

Moreover, if customers notice that their valuable feedback is respected then a business can gain more customers due to positive publicity. In this competitive market, having a good position and image is very crucial. A business might not enjoy sales all the time but having a good bond with the suppliers and customers will benefit them in the long run. All in all, customer feedback is very necessary to consider for a business and for its growth.
