It is cheaper in other states. People should go there. Making it in Lagos is not do or die.

Why don't modernize it and utilize the space... Lagos doesn't have land and every land should be utilised...
You are suppose to be deported to your village. grin

You modernize it by having flowers there. It is called ecosystem. Fresh air for good health.

You are dangerous to the society. Go back to your village..

Lagos is overpopulated.
Nigeria have to intensify on Urban renewal.
Implement Urban and regional planning in every town/city in order to phase out existing shanties, ghettos and slumps and prevent the spring up of new ones in the future.
The government should encourage low-cost housing estates for the low income earners.
And provide the necessary facilities like market, school, hospitals, recreational facilities for them
Government may not build all the houses.
But should do the planning for uniformity, organisation and cleanliness.
Lagos is overpopulated, and government should build more low cost estates so that everyone will just relocate to Lagos. What sense is in that?

All the facilities you mentioned, do you know the pressure on them? We are talking of 30 million people. Do you have an idea what that is? Yet, una wan give birth like rabbits.

Well, I support this. They should crush everything.....turn under bridges to gardens.

Also, they should increase rents and make everything expensive. Let the ones who can afford it stay. Others should relocate to their villages.

Period!

Good move. Buses should move into their garage in CMS. Or by the way, there should be no garages in the CMS area.

There are somethings that should be decentralised and not only in Lagos. E.g., the ports. South South should be able to receive as much vessels as in Lagos. And not only limited to very few goods.

Upper Iweka is unchanged till now and remains a den of criminals and IPOB recruit. Something Saint Peter Obi refused to do.
Tinubu's Legacy - Lagos. And millions of Igbos are living and eking a living there
Peter Obi's Legacy - Anambra. Only Igbos there. Less than 5% of non-Igbos there actually making a living. Number has reduced to 2% with the IPOB sit-at-home.
Choose your future. Someone who helped create Africa's most progressive state is better than someone that was building churches without a single export his state can boast of.
God bless Nigeria.
If you are doing this for free, then it's a pity.

Please tell those igbos that see lagos as Europe. They will do whatever it takes to come to lagos and never go back to the dirty east. Yoruba people gave them festac as refugee camp when Nigeria army dealt with Biafra during the civil war. That is why igbos are all over festac. That place was a refugee camp, lagos state government need to chase them out and use that place for something productive, preferable an industrial area.

Lagos isnt for everybody..just as dc or newyork isnt for every american..you cant expect lagos to bend backwards for every tom, dick and harry..people should utilise their talents more in their state..thats called development..but of course most state governors do nothing hence everyone comes to the state(lagos)that has created every avenue for them to make it..then still turn around to curse the same state and say its no mans land..

Everywhere any of such illegal structure under any bridge should destroy and the place must be block from anyone going bck their in the future.

Apart from its illegality those place could be a launch pad for those motherfucker bitchs whose shedding blood is all that gives them joy.

All shanties, bachas and illegal scrapyards, bachas, should be removed from Lagos. These urchins and criminals live in these bachas and ghettos, if they have nowhere to stay, they will stop coming to Lagos and do something better in their states.

That is why the government must keep dismantling all these ghettos and illegal shops, most of the people who do this come from other states to Lagos, and over populate it.

do you know that area is mostly inhabited by yoruba in Lagos Island... That garage and all those women selling agbọ and hot drinks are isale Eko and Yoruba women...

The only igbo there are those selling okrika and they are mixed with other tribes but those that are hit well well are yoruba women especially those isale eko women and alaye boys under those bridges

So don't think it is igbo... LoL

I know that place well... Also don't forget those ilaje and ijaw that sell fish also around there
