Real Estate In Nigeria 2022: Are We Experiencing Stagflation ? by sleekender(m): 1:07pm On Jun 15, 2022 |
Hello Guys, I'm an avid real estate investor - mostly in Lagos Island & PHC with new interest in Uyo. I build, sell, rent and keep some long term holdings. How is the real estate industry in your respective areas? In Lagos & PH, I have recently noticed the spike in real estate prices - (rent, purchase & building materials) has led to a kind of slow down in interest. Also, more owners are selling - mainly to fund election i guess. How is it for you guys? And where are you dealing from? |
