Breakfast is an important morning meal to brighten up your day. It can never be compromised, for a lunch or a dinner. Having a healthy breakfast helps to keep the body strong for the rest of the day.
However, it's not just eating any breakfast that matters. You have to include the right nutritional foods, in your breakfast for healthy living. Below, are the top 5 healthy foods to include in your breakfast.

Vegetables. Most people say vegetables are reserved for vegetarians or some medically unstable persons. But truth be told, vegetables can be eaten by anyone. They are highly nutritious and contain a high level of nutrients. Vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, cabbages, and so on can be chopped and included in one's breakfast, for a healthy living.

Fruits. Fruits are required, for the human body to perform well. Fruits like orange, banana, pear, watermelon, pineapple, mango and so much more, contain essential vitamins and minerals, which are a great source of nutrients to boost the immune system. Including fruits in your breakfast, helps reduce the risks of inflammations, weak tissues, and malfunction of the internal organs.
