Most people in Enugu will recall that in 2002, Father Ejike Mbaka poured countless and useless curses on the then Governor Chimaroke Nnamani. He 'prophesied' that God had assured him that Chimaroke Nnamani will not win his reelection bid for a second term. That if Nnamani wins his second term, that he, Rev father Ejike Mbaka will resign his priesthood. Most people believed him then and watched in suspense to see how Gov Chimaroke Nnamani would end.
Chimaroke Nnamani went on to contest and win his reelection bid for second term. He not only served and finished his second term in office in 2007, he went on to vie for Senate and won it in that same year. He served out his term in the Senate in 2011. In 2019, he returned to contest for the Senate again and he won. He is still a senator till date and has recently won the ticket again to represent his senatorial district in 2023 under the PDP.
Till date, father Mbaka is yet to quit the priesthood as he promised. Is that a man to be taken serious?

With regards to Prof Chukwuma Soludo, Father Ejike Mbaka had prophesied that he had told Soludo that he will never be governor of Anambra state, that he shouldn't waste his money. He further boasted that he has advised him to concentrate on world bank jobs and forget ever becoming the Anambra state governor.
Men and brethren, Prof Soludo apparently ignored the man and contested and won. Today, he is the governor of Anambra state.

Those who know Father Mbaka know he is not one to be taken serious. He is a clout chaser
