When is it proper for a landlord to increase rent. A friend that is a yearly tenant told me that the landlord brought ans increment notice to him 9 monthsof his staying in the house. He packed in last year, just 9 months of his stay, the landlord increased his rent and serve him a rent increase notice. He is asking if it is right for such early increase |
