Normal working hours, you learn about sales. Management is visionary but more profit oriented so workers can be hit anytime without compensation as company could downsize anytime. Job security is low, you sign contract every 3 months. Be prepared to work extra hours and go on road shows. Ever changing sales target and you only get basic salary no matter how close you are to meeting targets if you don't meet it.
