You are not making any sense at all. undecided

Laws are meant to cater to to the religious whims of individuals of groups, but to optimally safeguard the rights and safety of individuals in situations. So, when you say the Law shouldn't be made in the first place, are you suggesting that pools shouldn't provide for the safety of individuals because the religious whims of some might jeopardize safety for others? undecided

Look, public pools are not for everyone but for those who can abide by the rules. If the rules don't fit you, you are allowed to have yourself a private pool of your own. undecided

You are the one who isn’t making sense; anything used by everyone (public amenities) ought to cater for every members of the public, we know these laws are used interchangeably to target Muslims this isn’t something hidden at this moment. I lived in various countries of Europe for 20yrs we know when these law ditching madness started… those who cannot tolerate other users are the ones who should hv their own private pools that way nobody can demand what u wear or don’t wear!

1. Wrong! Instead anything meant for everyone is supposed to cater to the basic needs and safety of all. Religious whims are extra demands which can be sorted out by businesses which cater to such whims or by having private pools. Public areas for instance do not cater to the whims and desires of celebrities because such desires are above and beyond that which is considered basic for all. undecided

2. The laws have been in place long before Islam decided it's people, and eventually women, could also swim in public so stop the meaningless whining. undecided

Alright calm down, keep your jonnies on Mr Roman! The opposition isn’t frm migrants who simply travelled to France and started making demands, rather it’s the citizens of the country who still hv some decency to maintain and don’t want you shameless crackheads to impose your immortality on others! Your hatred and phobia for for Islam hv clouded your brain so much you couldn’t even think that immortality is wrong and decency is mandated by God in Christianity as well! Sorry o
It's your tears for me
Keep crying, your religion doesn't support coexistence, funny thing is, Islam is what you accuse Christianity of, religion of crackheads, paedophile and murderers.

Babies who don’t know anything everywhere on the internet. I’m shaking my lime jelly head in pity of yous… Europeans go against religious laws simply because they want to keep u out, period! This one is an Islamphobic law meant to demoralise the Muslim users and make them dump their principles and just join in… the ppl targeted are not an outsiders or foreigners, these ppl are born and bred in France. It’s one of many such laws that France is ditching out in order to reform Islam, it has an agenda behind it and it isn’t hidden… why u lame ignorants who hvnt been anywhere, don’t know what’s going on the other side of the world are rambling about this is what I don’t understand. These laws are just like the same laws pushed down our throats when the Europeans were milking us dry in Africa, laws that were demoralising us were presented as good for our society laws at the time but look at us now!

Go to your Islamic country and wear hijab to swimming pool. Afghanistan is there, Iraq is there, even Syria. Leave Europe and christian countries alone. Go to Islamabad.

I just realized the reason China is very harsh on Muslims cos they know they are always fanatical when they're in majority.

Well, they forced themselves on Islamic and muslim-majority countries in Africa and Asia in the first place.

If the burkini wearers are so hellbent on covering every square inch of their fundamentalist skin from the prying eyes of sex-crazed infidel males, they should exercise their freedom better by simply AVOIDING swimming pools and the beach, rather than wear those idiotic Batman costumes to swim in public.

I think it's better for Muslims to travel to countries where they are more accepted and can do whatever they like, Christians travel to Muslim countries and abide by their rules, reverse is the case for Muslims, always wanting to bring their own rules into another man's territory, why is it always like that, the things you guys do ehhnn, Christians can't even try half of it, you have Iraq, Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and a whole lot of others but it's Christian dominated countries you want but you are never ready to abide by their laws, on top of that, still force yours on them, like how
Who does that
It's their country they've got the right to dress as their faith dictates in their own country, they didn't force anything on you or anybody, why should you force your idealogy of unclothedness on them,
Such level of hypocrisy the same country that celebrates homos and every form of vices anyone can think off, feels uncomfortable with people wearing a head covering...
Anyway we are not surprised...it's expected but the truth will always defeat falsehood no matter how long it takes, even if the enemies hate it.

It violates their human right of personal right to cover up unclothedness (even if it originates from the Muslims).

However, this is not an Islamic land therefore The Law of the Common good overrides the particular good especially in public facilities where they are unable to accommodate their differences.

So use your burkini in your own pools and lands.
They should not go to the swimming pool in the first place , if wearing clothes is their most serious wahalla.
And if they must swim, they should consider notbto spread the diseases in their clothings to other people through the swimming-pool water.
..
In the most perfect sense of it,,
When you go for swimming, you're supposed to be totally naked, and then, you plug all the body openings (save for the sweat-pores which cannot be plugged).
