Breaks are important. Not taking enough breaks leads to burnout and higher stress levels.
Your work hours is the number of hours you work out of the company/business working/opening hours. If your work hours is 8, you need to go on break for few minutes to get refreshed. Most companies know this fact and have incorporated breaks into their daily schedules. Break is even backed by law though some wicked organizations may not observe it.
