Funny enough,have seen lots of them perform blunders with medications and prescriptions. They also try to proof themselves to pharmacist, in UCH,the mess they make with drug prescriptions,only pharmacists can tell. Funny enough,the doctors they are training these days are even worst than the older ones,and yet they will come out here proving what they are not,all in the name of Doctor .

I did Casualty officer for 3 years,once a very unstable patient comes in,you will see even the most senior of them start fidgeting,the others will immediately carry that their big report book and start writing reports, looking at the clock and documenting the time every 30 seconds to make sure they leave a documentation that will absolve them of any blame in case the patient doesn't make it.

WHO said whoever generates waste must discard it. In my practice outside Nigeria, I've never witnessed a doctor or nurse generate any waste and ask cleaners to wipe off. It is all shades of wrong. I've never seen a doctor waited on me to bring case notes or organise equipments for them to use. Just show them where the items are. It is disheartening to see these kind of rubbish from doctors and nurses and patients suffering.

I don't think I have see any doctor asking nurses to bring or arrange equipment for them, maybe where you practise in Nigeria sha. With the ghe number of people they have with them, why will they be calling matron to work for them? They don't even send nursing students around talkless.
