It was the ceremony of the installation of a new Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Owerri with all Catholic Bishops of Nigeria present .

In attendance also were Hope Uzodimma and Peter Obi.

During the vote of thanks, the Bishop who was recognizing dignitaries mentioned Uzodimma’s name and the hall was quiet. But when he mentioned Peter Obi’s name, everybody started to cheer until he was begging them to calm down.

Then he said in Igbo, “I know you people want to be ‘OBIdient’ but let’s not spoil what we came for”.

I was surprised that even the old Bishop knows that Peter Obi supporters are called “OBIdients”.

I respect Peter Obi because he knows how to read the room, eventually he will come back to reality and withdraw from the presidential race..

The same way he read the situation during PDP primaries, he will realistically analyze the outcome of this election, especially if the third force merger fails, and he will withdraw from the race.


2023 is strictly between two failures, Nigeria will never get better.

First you guys said he is not known cos he has no structure. His support is just online noise..
Now, you guys have said he won't get up to 40% of the votes cast.
Before campaign starts I believe you will change that stance.

Lemme say this here.
Peter Obi will win the South East, South South and the middle belt combine with ease.
Your bat n Atiku can share the remaining zones. Also, Obi will make inroads into those zones. Just watch n see.

The problems atiku have is that his tribe fulani, is hated in Nigeria for killing indigenous land owners and for the woeful performance of buhari also a fulani. Nigerians would have voted for fulani continuously term after term, if the tribe has no mass killing garbage, left with no choice, and having grown tired of poverty and APC's collosal failure in governance, they ported to Peter obi, whom to their surprise, presented a realistic and technically based roadmap for pulling impoverished and insecure Nigerians out of their misery.

Peter Obi will only frustrate Atiku from getting bulk votes in the east like he did in 2019. That's the best Obi can do. His participation in the election is to Atiku's detriment and Tinubu's profit.
