We have heard many stories fo FALSE WITNESSES who claim "I saw him do it", only to recount after thorough grilling!

Also, Domestic Violence and Murder are two different Crimes!
Both must be investigated separately.

We have seen People who are abused, LIVING and those who are not abused DYING!
Domestic Violence is not always the causative factor of death, if one Spouse of two warring parties die.

That his Children (who are probably hurt by the death of their Mother right now) made Statements implicating him, is not enough evidence to convict him right away.
Only a thorough investigation, with Autopsies can unravel the true cause of death

The remains of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu are set to be committed to mother earth today.

Osinachi died on April 8, 2022 following widespread allegations by her children, family, and colleagues that she was battered to death by her husband.

The husband of the late Ekwueme crooner, Peter Nwachukwu, was alleged to have brutalized her to death.

Following the allegations against Nwachukwu, the police had arrested him and was charged for allegedly committing the crime that contravenes Sections 104 and 379 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, (ACJA) 2015, Section 221 of the Penal Code and the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act (VAPP) 2015.

Amid the allegations, Nwachukwu had denied brutalizing Osinachi to death, stressing that she died of lung cancer.

Despite his denial, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court had remanded Nwachukwu in Kuje Correctional Facility.

However, the singer, who began her last home journey, was on Saturday laid to rest.

the whole story surrounding her death is not straight forward. Everyone keep saying she was battered. My question is what is the result of her autopsy. Did her corpse look battered, or as her husband said she died of lung cancer. Where is the autopsy report.
