Bye Bye To Npower Batch C Stream 1 (my Appreciation To The Honourable Minister) by Newton2024: 10:01am On Jun 27
Today will be my last day at my PPA as my students are starting their promotional examinations this week. Questions were set by the state government examination board and my students' answer scripts would be taken to other schools for marking. So technically my service is no longer needed at my PPA till the official end of Npower Batch C Stream 1 in August.

To be parrhesiastic, I enjoyed my students, HOD and PPA and I think they too enjoyed me to the fullest. As a professional mathematics teacher with ten years teaching experience in private schools, I see Npower as a great privilege for me to meet and positively impart new set of students.

I hereby thank honourable minister Sadiya Umar Farouq for the opportunity given to me to serve my fatherland for the second time (NYSC being the first time). I also appreciate Pst. (Prof) Yemi Osinbajo the originator of Npower. A big thank you also to the management of Nasims/Npower.

May God bless you all.
May God bless Nigerian youths.
May God bless our fatherland Nigeria.

The way some teacher they take teaching profession so seriously. Not everyone is after money though.

After 10 years of teaching experience, he still they hustle npower 30k. Imagine you had a business for 10 years do you know far it would have expanded.

OP this is not an insult. Better wake up. I was once a teacher like you but when I saw those that have been there for years esp those in private schools, omoh no/low financial progress.

They are still owing.. she said they've not paid since Feb.. it's really bad. So as a teacher your payment has stopped cos you've just said good bye to npower

Stop insulting yourself. The govt is using the Npower to safe face for mass unemployment the govt has caused in various sectors and also for failing to fulfill their 3m yearly jobs they promised in 2015.

Why are you thanking the govt for a 30k job which only lasts a year like you dont deserve more than this? Even after 10 years of teaching?

Just do the job, bow out after the expiration and stop praising the govt for the crumbs when you deserve much more.

I wish you good luck

Bro, abeg let me blow grammar in peace. If Buhari and his forty thieves are the only ones stealing billions without giving us crumbs of 30k, what are we going to do for them? You know there's nothing we can do to them except complaining which has no effect.

But what would you do if only Buhari and his forty thieves stealing billions of naira on daily basis refuse to give 30k monthly to some jobless youths? At least they are throwing crumbs of 30k to us after stealing billions for themselves and for their irresponsible children and grandchildren. I will thank Nigerian thiefs (leaders) until God makes way for me.

Pls Bros, do not praise dis incompetent people in power, u deserve much more better...Even if u love teaching, at least u should be well paid & not be taken advantage of... Finally, dis current minister handling this Npower thing is d very definition of incompetence, d process was much smoother when osinbajo & his team where in charge

I am normal Bro. If the thieves in government steal the whole trillions without giving you 30k crumbs, would you arrest them? Let's thank them until God makes way for because this jungle called Nigeria cannot get better. I just feel appreciative despite the fact that I know they are our oppressors. Let God judge them because we are powerless.
