Role: Sales Executive (2 Openings)

The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with architects and construction companies, with the following daily responsibilities:

Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.

Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into paid customers.

Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in sales and marketing in the building construction sector (minimum of 5 years). (Past experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects).

Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.

Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.



Renumeration: N100,000 - N200,000 Net + 5% commission on sales (upon meeting set targets)
