Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi was said to have admitted misinformation and misleading of INEC on Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's certificate saga. The FACT is: it was NOT a mistake. Nobody can mistakenly write the name of schools he does not know about. It was an intentional foul. IMPLICATION: Considering that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was the one who signed the document, will he be responsible for the misinformation and misleading the INEC? Since Sen. Afikuyomi is said to have admitted the misinformation and misleading and deceiving the INEC institution, what is the consequence of such misinformation and deception. Lawyers please over to you. |
