There are many as in many demons out there teaching lots of contradicting things about the Bible, you need to be sure of what you're saying, don't just conclude that since you are convinced about something or you heard some voices telling you something is right or wrong authenticates such teachings.

The highlighted shows you are convinced about what you said but where is the proof?

Most misinformed Churchgoers do say exactly the same thing about the Holy Spirit but there is no proof so it's not just by laying claims and quoting the Bible to back it up that makes what you said the truth, many does same thing.

Whether the Holy Spirit is a force, breathe or person the one and only way to prove this is by presenting the WORKS of this spirit in the gathering of imperfect humans. Note that neither God nor Holy Spirit can be presented in bodily form, you may claim you saw something or someone talking to you and have the image in your head but you can't present this person to others.
So since God and Holy Spirit are both known as SPIRITS the only indisputable proof of these two is the WORKS they're able to do in the midst of imperfection humans.

Apostle Paul's conclusion in the quoted verse said "against this there is no law" note that he didn't say "against these" as in many but he was referring to a single thing there. So it means this spirit should be able to WORK out all those nine qualities in the midst of imperfect humans even though the persons are still battling with sinful nature {Romans 7:15-25} but with this spirit in their midst an observer could SEE {Matthew 5:14-16; 7:16-18} that an invisible person or force is making them exhibit his/her/it's own attributes not theirs! James 2:18-28

The Christ (not Jesus) is the tree!
Note that Jesus is the baby human born, bread and brought up by a Jewish couple so he is their Son, but the Christ was born the very day Jesus got baptized that's the very moment God's Holy Spirit landed on his head to prove that the Messiah has been born not by flesh unlike Jesus who was born through a woman the Christ was born by God's Holy Spirit!

So it's the Christ that became that tree from that very moment {John 15:1} his 12 Apostles were not born until the day of pentecost when the Holy Spirit landed on each of them along with other disciples, it's from that moment that the branches of the tree (Christ) began manifesting {John 15:6} not when Jesus chose them that's why Judas Iscariot never lived up to the day the branches were born!

Yet only the tree in was complete with all the attributes of God's Holy Spirit the branches were born by grace (underserved kindness) so they're still prone to errors until the day they die and drop the flesh completely.

So the organization starting with the branches (apostles) and countless disciples is made up of imperfect humans who can err in words {James 3:2} and actions {Galatians 2:11-14} yet it's these imperfect humans that makes up the body of the tree (Christ) Ephesians 4:12

Well the woman was asking Jesus to verify if what the Jews were claiming is true or false.

The Jews strongly believe that it's only in Jerusalem that pure worship is practiced but Samaritans believe that since they're both descendants of Jacob (Israel) God will accept both worship as pure leaving all other nations as pagans. So Jesus confirmed that what the Jews were saying is true {John 4:22} but that instead of being in a particular geographical location pure worship will be practiced by the group having God's Holy Spirit WORKING with them! John 4:24

So it's not about geographical location but there must be a group in whose midst God's Holy Spirit is WORKING and that's how to IDENTIFY the practicers of pure worship {Matthew 7:16-18} not when they claim they're Christians without producing the fruitage of FAITH! Matthew 7:21-23
