That your tribesman you are busy campaigning for may not benefit you a bit but will enrich and empower people from other tribes. At the end your own benefit that your tribesman became the President will end on you watching him on TV while he betters the lives of people outside his or her tribe just as Osinbajo helped my life even when I am not a Yoruba.


So I am not supporting Peter Obi because he is Igbo because at the end, if he eventually emerges President, he will be of more benefit to none Igbos. I am supporting Peter Obi because he is the most qualified and have greater chances of transforming Nigeria for good than other aspirants. And if Osinbajo was on ballot, believe me, Peter Obi wouldn't have been getting the massive support he is getting right now.



So shun tribalism and vote for quality. Being a popular politician with political allies all over the country does not qualify you to be the next President.


That you helped the incumbent President Buhari to win in 2015 does not qualify you to become the next President in 2023.


It is Igbos that ought to be singing Emilokan if we are to go by turn.
