I'm just seeing this... i have to disagree... when sheggs says those words it's not particularly said to insult her, it's just like when you call your friend big head, or ode... it's more of a slang.. his own is... sick or you are crazy... we are misunderstanding him big time because we aren't used to people saying those things and displaying that type of affection in Nigeria.

It's sad he'd have alot of explaining to do when he comes out.

Yeah, there are people that will throw these words around in a relationship but is it in the same context as Segun's? Nope. Segun uses these words in the heat of the moment, he has also mastered the act of doing this without raising his voice or calling the attention of others, so, it'd seem that it's nothing serious.

Besides, there so many beautiful and good words that can be thrown around for jokes. Why are we so bent on using the nasty ones to express playfulness?

I have a little story for you.

Initially, when the show first started, my mom was team Shella, or more accurately team Sheggs. Even when my sister and I insisted Sheggs was too good to be true, she would laugh it off and say that maybe he's actually genuine. That maybe he does love her (cause of all the love declarations he was doing). Last night, she said Sheggs behavior reminded her of a particular type of killers (love-crazed psychopaths) shown on Investigation Discovery (cause she watches mainly ID after BBN ends).

For my mom who was number one fan of Sheggs to classify him as that tells me his "tendencies" is becoming very glaring to everybody and anybody.

I wrote this weeks ago, but later deleted it because I felt my judgement was too harsh and way out of line. But it was exactly what I saw because I watch that show too, and the tendencies were so glaring
