1. Experience in any leadership capacity.
2. Good Inventory management skills
3. Ensuring Clients Satisfaction
4. Customer Service retention, ensuring that the customers are aware of special offer, loyalty and reward programs
5. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
6. Good Listening Skills.
7. Should have excellent interpersonal skills
8. Minimum of HND certificate
