"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for He shall save his people/brethren from their sins." (Matthew 1:21 kjv)


It is contradictory for people to be saying, *a believer sinned*, sin in itself whether by thoughts, desires, imaginations or actions is *UNBELIEF IN JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED* because *INSIDE JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED THERE IS NO SIN AND THERE IS NO CAPACITY TO SIN* thus "And ye know that HE(JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED) was manifested to take away our sins; and IN HIM IS NO SIN." (1 John 3:5 kjv)


Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother." (1 John 3:4-10kjv)



This scripture above especially 1 John 3:5 entails that *as new creation life carriers, we must tell Jesus to excuse us, that there is something that I want to do but it is not resident within this Your New Life hence let me walk outside of you and get involved with it then later I will return back to you*


That thing is *sin* and just like the prodigal Son, you will be able to use your free-will even inside the new creation life(born-again lifestyle) to forcefully break-away even as Jacob fought God and prevailed, within the new creation life, you can still fight with the Holy Spirit and reject/frustrate the mercy and grace of God then walk-away *to enjoy the momentary pleasures of sin/the flesh*.



The Father is always willing and ready to receive us back, if we genuinely return unto HIM thus "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 kjv),
However, we might not be too sure of returning thus "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee." (John 5:14 kjv)
Even the case of Ananias and Sapphira, who did not have the opportunity to return and repent.



As believers, let us not take the mercy and grace of God even within this new creation life for granted thus
"To the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Ephesus write: These are the words of Him Who holds the seven stars [which are the messengers of the seven churches] in His right hand, Who goes about among the seven golden lampstands [which are the seven churches]:

2 I know your industry and activities, laborious toil and trouble, and your patient endurance, and how you cannot tolerate wicked [men] and have tested and critically appraised those who call [themselves] apostles (special messengers of Christ) and yet are not, and have found them to be impostors and liars.

3 I know you are enduring patiently and are bearing up for My name’s sake, and you have not fainted or become exhausted or grown weary.

4 But I have this [one charge to make] against you: that you have left (abandoned) the love that you had at first [you have deserted Me, your first love].

5 Remember then from what heights you have fallen. Repent (change the inner man to meet God’s will) and do the works you did previously [when first you knew the Lord], or else I will visit you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you change your mind and repent.

6 Yet you have this [in your favor and to your credit]: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans [what they are doing as corrupters of the people], which I Myself also detest.

7 He who is able to hear, let him listen to and give heed to what the Spirit says to the assemblies (churches). To him who overcomes (is victorious), I will grant to eat [of the fruit] of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God." (Revelations 2:1-7 AMPC)
