The problem is government keep deceiving themselves with economic permutations that not locally grounded, instead of them to do small simulation before embarking on large projects.
Although I must say they have good laudable intentions at heart ...but the Nigeria system is such that when some Cabal corner money meant for say Agriculture nobody talks because someone would go and submit some fake database to government that the money is trickling down.. So
what Nigeria need is a President and Vice President that is street smart and book smart.

I think it's clear and official, some people have superior mental capabilities than others.
