The socialism part of her speech is absolute nonsense. I can still accept the corruption part of her speech because it’s a reality we are dealing with but lying that Nigeria is practicing socialism that is sending millions to poverty and broken dreams is crassly ridiculous. In Nigeria, a certain presidential candidate while addressing issues concerning physically challenged people told his audience that the best advice he got while serving as governor was from a mad man just to appeal to the physically challenged.

It is all politics and nothing else. However, she should be more circumspect next time. Using Nigeria for political clout doesn’t appear like something well thought out. Rishi Sunak and other aspirants with similar background like her did not use their country of birth for clout like her.

I live in Nigeria and do business there successfully so what are you talking about? I don't know what Nigeria 'happened to you but don't assume we are all the same.
