NNPP is a kwakwasiya movement ... a personality cult

Don’t compare it to Obi movement as you people claim... where are the Nigerians youths and where are the votes you people also claim from market women and bla’s

No OBi is not on ballot is Una excuse and still expect same party youths to vote for Obi

Shebi una Be structures and don’t need structure

Wen even OBi supporters don’t even know what’s political party structure means ..

An election with less than 20,000 votes between the two major parties. What an election!

May the reign of Adeleke be favourable to the people of Osun State.

Abeg, APC should lift their head up. They tried.

From no rally at Ekiti to having a rally at Osun..

From less than 200 votes in Ekiti to over 2000 votes in Osun...

That is the progress report of LP movement towards the presidency in 2023..

This movement is just beginning, barely 2 months old...

Nobody expected LP to win Osun...

The mobilisation continues... We still have a long way to go.

OBi is an IPOB movement .. an Igbo Catholic thing

As seen in election.. nobody giv s a Bleep about Obi outside IPOB bingos

Two elections now with Obi campaigning for one

Still nothing

And you keep decievimg yourself off it’s “ Nigerian youths”

And they youths will vote obi.. when they’re rejecting Labour Party up and dan

A personality cult is more appreciated in politics than an IPOB scammers organization

Stop regurgitating all over.

Even as a new entrant, Obi has shown tremendous courage. All those who won today were serial loosers yesterday.

Your Atiku has been contesting since 1992 true or false and is not even sure of winning next year.

If you have nothing meaningful to say, just shut up your buccal cavity!

Here is data analysis of the table -

1. Overall, PDP beat APC by 24,380 votes.
2. PDP won EDE North by 14,328 difference.
3. PDP won EDE South by 13,734 difference.
4. APC clinched victory in 13 out of 30 LGs.

PDP's margin of victory came from Ede North and South, the hometown of its candidate, Adeleke.

This data show that the rest of Osun are yet to accept Adeleke. This election should have been a landslide for PDP but it wasn't...Oyetola is still very much popular.

Unless he listens to the people and take ownership of their issues, Adeleke would likely be a one term governor. In contrast if he brings himself to their level and deliver results he will grow his popularity and acceptance and is definite to outperform himself in a landslide in 2027.

Be giving yourself hope. Those Votes were Lasun's Supporters not LP mobilized strength vote in OSUN.

Besides LP candidate will not be there again, he will decamp to PDP to maintain his political relevance.

I expect a more landslide victory for adeleke. But we should not forget that osun is the home state of BAT and APC has been the stronghold.

The disagreement with aregbe is part of what gave victory to adeleke.
The future goes dimmer for APC in southwest. Thanks to fayoshe for destroying PDP chance in ekiti.
Let's see who wins Lagos and Ondo state. Ondo and Ogun is likely going to be APC but sanwo-olu the tinubu escort might find things difficult in Lagos.

It's a huge humiliation for Tinubu because Osun is the hometown of Tinubu and Tinubu is the leader of APC and Presidential candidate of APC..

The table can also be used to advise outcomes in Executive vs Legislative relationship.

What Governor Adeleke can expect
1. Osun legislature has 26 seats, only 3 are PDP. It is APC controlled House of Assembly. I said earlier APC won 13 LGs out of 30 and that even though Oyetola is defeated, he still control a lot of popularity in the state. The members will seek re-election in 2023, after the general election has held and victory declared. Relationship between Governor Adeleke and House of Assembly is going to be a delicate dance. He should not alienate the members or antagonize them. As an executive, Governor Adeleke must demonstrate plenty leadership skills and have restraints. He will be provoked...but he must respond with diplomacy. His goal remains winning legislature to his side so that his victory can last and tenure long.

Based on who wins general election of 2023, Osun legislative members may find empowerement to remain in APC or defect to PDP in the short week before their own scheduled election holds.

Next I will use result from Osun to forecast what to expect in general election of 2023.
