Just musing, I saw a circular for one of the states in the North, specifically Zamfara State regarding a two day holiday granted for all their civil servants to be able to obtain their PVCs.... Governor's in the South irrespcive of (South West, South East, South South and the Middle Belt) parties need to do same as a matter of urgency...... Still musing and thinking  |
