Fr Cheitnum John Mark of the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan who was kidnapped with his brother priest, Fr Donatus Cleopas has been killed by their abductors. However, Fr Cleophas escaped from the bandits and has reunited with the Church. They were abducted on 15th July, 2022 at Yadin Garu in Lere LGA of Kaduna State. Fr Mark's burial has been slated for Thursday, 21st July, 2022 at the Cathedral of St Peter, Kafanchan. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in peace. Amen
