Collective Growth Should Be The Goal:

Until we start doing what is right for all of us and not what is right for few of us, we will (not) and (cannot) develop like the whites.

Real growth and sustainable development begin from the inside (and what can be found inside? Refined character obviously.)

Therefore, it is safe to say that, until blacks begin to think and act selflessly; we will not advance as much as we daily wish and work towards.

We will soar as high and prosper as desired only when we see collective growth as the goal rather than personal interest. It should be about us all.
