Dangerous animals hardly venture into human habitation. But stupid snake will always venture into human habitation.
A couple sat on a bed on holiday somewhere in Latin America. They never knew that two snakes were already lying inside the materrasse of the bed. The two snakes killed the holiday makers.

Those are night Adders. Not puff adders. Venomous though but not lethal enough to kill you. It will make you vomit and feel nauseous

These are spotted Night Adders. So actually dangerous but not lethal snakes.

From the looks of it you probably have a nest closeby, try fumigating the area to ward these guys off. But I'll advice against attacking and trying to kill them next time.

Most people who get bitten by snakes are those who try to kill snakes in the first instance.
