Expectant mothers receive prenatal (before birth) and postpartum (after birth) treatment during their pregnancy.

It entails therapies and instruction to guarantee a healthy preconception, pregnancy, and labor and delivery for both the mother and the unborn child.

Prenatal care raises the likelihood of a safe and healthy delivery while lowering pregnancy risks. Your doctor can monitor your pregnancy and spot any issues or complications early on with the help of regular prenatal appointments.

Babies born to mothers who did not receive prenatal treatment had a threefold increased risk of having low birth weights. Low birth weight babies have a five-fold higher mortality rate than babies whose moms got prenatal care.

The optimal time to start prenatal care is at least three months before you start attempting to get pregnant. Following some healthy routines during this time will be beneficial:
- giving up drinking and smoking
- taking daily pills of folic acid (400 to 800 micrograms)
- Avoiding all contact with potentially harmful substances and chemicals at home or at work by speaking with your doctor about your medical conditions, dietary supplements, and any prescription or over-the-counter medications you take.

During Pregnancy:
As soon as you find out you're expecting, you'll need to make sure you have frequent prenatal appointments.
A visitation schedule may include seeing your doctor: Every month during the first six months of your pregnancy, every two weeks for the seventh and eighth, and every week for the ninth month.

Your doctor will examine both you and the fetus during these sessions.
Visits could consist of:
regular screenings and testing, like a blood test to check for anemia, HIV, and your blood type
keeping an eye on your blood pressure
taking a weight gain measurement
keeping an eye on the infant's development and heart rate while discussing a particular diet and exercise
Later visits could also involve examining the infant's position and seeing your body's changes as you get closer to giving birth.

If your pregnancy is considered high risk because of your age or health conditions, you may require more frequent visits and special care. You may also need to see a doctor who works with high-risk pregnancies.

Post-natal Care
While the nine months of pregnancy receive the most of attention in terms of prenatal care, postpartum care is also crucial. Six to eight weeks after the baby is born, the postpartum phase begins.

The mother experiences a lot of physical and psychological changes during this time as she learns how to care for her infant. Proper nutrition, rest, and vaginal care are all important components of postpartum care.

Finally, It’s important to stay as healthy as possible during pregnancy and during the postpartum period. Stay on top of all of your healthcare appointments and follow your doctor’s instructions for the health and safety of you and your baby.

Do you have any information regarding Ethylone Crystal? Or is this chemical toxic?

If it is relating to pregnancy, I'd suggest you stay away from chemicals as much as possible. Seeing no direct symptoms doesn't mean it might not have any effect on a pregnancy.
