WHAT IS LAND BANKING

Land banking is a real estate investment scheme that involves buying undeveloped land at a reduced amount with the goal of holding unto it for some period of time and sell it for profit at a future date when the price appreciates.
Investors acquire land by tracking locations, which are best for investment, based on social infrastructure and demographic factors (Population).

Land investors buy lands, wait for the land’s value to appreciate and then, sell the same to other interested parties for a very high profit..
Think about it… you can buy a piece of vacant land today, walk away from it for ten years and when you come back, nothing will have changed but the value of that land would have significantly increase... Can you think of a safer investment?

Honestly speaking, the best way to maximum benefits on a Real estate investment is to buy early..The more you the more valuable the property becomes..

Land banking gives you the luxury of investing your money in a venture that'll give you high ROI,an investment venture that is safe and secure and still keeps you in control of that investment..

The Greenland Garden: Located at Ipo Abara, 10mins away from the Port Harcourt international airport ..

The Downtown layout: Located at Abara etche, 5mins away from the Rivers state university extension(abara campus) within the proximity of the Stella Maris university,Telcel polytechnic and the Pace setters university..

With this significant landmarks around these properties imagine their value in the next 5 to 10years.. Imagine you buying any of this property today and selling back in the next 5 to 10years, you'd be able to attain over 300% ROI on your investment..

While you are sleeping, men are are buying up the earth.. Don't you think you deserve to have your share? Call me now on 0903 711 9771 to get started!!!

Is Land Banking a Good Investment?

All it takes is for an investor to go in and buy land on the outskirts of a city and then they wait for the population to grow to them. They're buying a property at today's low prices (before anybody else perceives the value) and waiting until the city grows to them. When this happens, the land prices spike in value and they're able to cash in on their land investment. MANY multi-millionaires have been created from this one strategy, and you can do it too..The key to land banking is find where people are going, occupy till they come and start selling to them when they come..

Look for areas that are in the path of growth. These areas exist in literally every metropolitan area in the world and If time is on your side (and let's be honest – unless you are terminally ill, time is almost always on your side), this is a strategy you should be active in..

If you ever want to get involved in land banking, I'm the guy you should be talking to.. I have prime locations for you

Port Harcourt is growing and expanding, take note of this and do some necessary things.. Buy land early(cheap) in areas that are in the path of development, keep that land, hold it and start selling to people when they come..
