They will delay for years. Of course the Supreme Court governor will get to the Supreme Court over the case. They will delay and frustrate Innoson completely.

Maybe he should concentrate on retail customers, cash and carry.
He could also diversify into utility vehicles, that way he would be dealing with companies with assets . Just in case they default.

Another thing he could is to strengthen his credit management system. Employ people with experience in risk evaluation.

If it was Toyota or any other foreign auto manufacturing company, the governor would have had the cash to pay before delivery, but it's Innoson and he doesn't have the money to pay even after those vehicles were supplied in good faith. This doesn't make sense and the government has no excuses whatsoever to give. They should pay Innoson's money with interest so that he can also meet his loan repayment obligations.
