I bought 3 for 1200 in Osogbo last Tuesday , one was a bit bigger than that size , plus the sack bag to carry them I paid 1300 in total

My mom will buy more than 8 pieces from gbagyi women for 1200 in gwagwalada village! We are really enjoying in the north!!

Are you in Nigeria? That price OP posted is what is obtainable in the market (at least where I stay). It's 1,200 to 1,800 depending on your haggling ability.

Let me tell you the scope of Nigerians, we Nigerians ain't honest and we always find any avenue to exploit each other.
For instance, I went to buy bottled of groundnut, the first shop was a little girl she called the price to be 1k last and I moved to another shop and the woman called the price 2200, I asked how much last, she said make I pay 2100 or how much I wanna pay last and I said 900 she now said 1100 last. What do you deduced from that?

This is 4k Yam here in the EAST. The way things are expensive here ehn, I doubt if we can survive it. Cost of living is very high. We can no longer eat beyound one square meal in a day. Some people only drink water for the whole day. It's that bad.

People are suffering here in the East. Buhari and UN should come to our resque.

I found someone who sells 10 pieces for 7k but I had already paid for the 5pieves already.
