Men Are Like Employers, Women Are Like Employees. by Mikester: 10:54pm On Aug 05, 2022
Men are like employers, women are like employees and a man's status is like a business establishment.

A single and searching woman is similar to a job seeker, she can either be taken as a contractor, full-timer or out rightly rejected.

The employer creates an establishment and thereafter employs the employee to function. The more reputable the establishment, the more the employee feels comfortable and contented.

Just as an employee is the major face of the establishment, so is a woman to her marital home.

This is true if the man already worked on himself or got game. It's not true for a dork.

The employee(s) either resigns or absconds when the situation of the establishment gets terribly bleak in order to seek a new one or in some cases circumvent on the current one while aiming for another.

Moreover, a bad/incompetent employee will eventually run down the business, likewise will a bad wife bring down her marital home.

A poorly treated employee will send negative vibes about the employer and an employee given much liberty will eventually misbehave.

We are aware that a wise employer thoroughly scrutinizes his applicants before recruitment and rejects the unqualified amongst them while a shallow one overlooks major flaws due to vain benefits, aesthetics or outright ignorance. The status of the establishment greatly depends on the caliber of employees within.

An inferior establishment faces challenges with her employees. An incompetent employer is scorned and often degraded by his employees.

It is wise for a man to upgrade himself in various ways in order to make a successful establishment.

Men ought to understand that smart employers do not allow their employees to usurp their positions nor do they share assign their own default roles to their employees without making them a share holder, thus gets lesser reverence from them.

You don't expect your wives to carry out major financial problems plus their default roles and still expect the same amount of reverence from them unless you're a pro manipulator, you will always be undermined by them. It is your sole duty to carry out the major roles of running the home unless you're okay with your wife disrespecting you as performing her roles with yours breeds resentment.

Long story short, the behavior and composure of an employee is greatly factored on the type of establishment she works at and the competence of her boss.

Incompetent bosses are deemed unworthy of submission and are managed till a better one shows up.

In this life we find ourselves, men are expected to be the best they can be and not wallow in mediocrity if they want to lead a peaceful home.

This is why the male child and other men out there need to be enlightened beyond the regular as they will one day be leaders of their specific homes. No man who despises sound information and worldly wisdom thrives in his establishment as one can only soar as much as he knows.

Being a man privileged to be alive, there is always more to learn, there is always more to achieve and there is always more to attend to. Respect isn't given to nonentities.

It could be viewed through this spectrum. Through this lense. I mean why not?!

Men control relationships and women control sex and procreation. A relationship is a business establishment. The man throws open the invitation to apply and head hunts or the woman sends in an unsolicited application. Eventually, the woman is hired with proper terms and conditions for the employment. These terms must be discussed and agreed upon to the finest of details as much as possible. It is a business venture. It is an institution with services rendered, income, profit, loss, benefits, brand growth etc.

The MD/CEO is the man and will always be the man. That is how I see it. Women can be CEOs too and if they get a man who is ready to be under their leadership, then why not! It is the man’s choice. However, personally, through education, training, dedication and perseverance, and by the help of God, I have guaranteed my growth and personal development , that I prefer to be the MD/CEO and hire a willing and professionally competent Operations Manager. I CAN NEVER BE THE ONE. BEING HIRED. She must be smart, trust my leadership capabilities and perform her duties effectively as I perform mine. When I get to the HQ, I do not want quarreling and nagging. Respect will be mutual and I will protect the organization with my mental and physical strength and capabilities. When I go out pursing income and business prospects, I expect to return to a comfortable Corporate HQ which I have provided. If she wants to go out and pursue income too , then it has to be in such a way that it doesn’t affect the operations of the HQ. If the Ops Manager will ignore the Corporate HQ in the name of chasing prospects and income outside, then such has to be modified otherwise it becomes a deal breaker.

I expect other staff members (Children) to be well mannered and well brought up under the guiding principles, mission, vision, values and expectations of our great and esteemed organization. That is your job as Operations Manager. Your job is not to watch zeeworld all day Iike some staff do and achieve nothing. We have a target to build lasting wealth and happiness for ourselves and staff members to guarantee a sustained high quality of life for all of us. To be happy and be able to afford anything that is healthy and progressive and give happiness, that money can buy.

I believe as MD/CEO/PRESIDENT of this great institution I am building, I have a dream, a goal and a plan of achieving this for the organization. Only an Operations Manager who shares this dream, trusts my leadership skills and knows her roles and responsibilities in the journey can follow me in this journey. On a lighter note, I might “CONSULT” and “INTERACT” with other Operations Specialists who are already hired or still seeking for positions, once or twice to hear their opinions. Did I hear you say the discerning ladies will come for me? Hahahaha….

Yes we can liken it this way.
