Moreover, the Federal Capital territory consists of Lagos Island and terminates at Yaba.
I laugh when people think it was the whole of Lagos state that has the capital.
Meanwhile, Abuja was developed from scratch by the Federal Govt. whereas the areas that has the capital in Lagos i.e. Lagos Island (excluding Lekki) up to Yaba is developed before citing the capital in Lagos.
Note:Lagos is different from Lagos state.

Why I asked this question is because, Some supporters are claiming that Tinubu developed Lagos,when Lagos enjoyed funds from the resources of all other states of Nigeria, for it's massive development for 78yr(1914-1991),even before Mr Tinubu became Governor of the state from 1999-2007.
So if a state enjoyed these funds generated from other states for 78yrs,is it fair to claim than one Man made it what it is today? These are the pictures of Lagos 1975,1950,&1960,when other state where still building mud houses,while their resources is farried to Lagos for their own development.

You are now saying the truth. Apart from ikeja division, which other division is developed. It's it epe, Badagry or ikorodu? These places are like any other towns in NIGERIA. They are still like bush and very under developed. The most developed places in Lagos is the island axis which is the capital of Nigeria.
