Run with the existing vision, mission  core values and motto of the school.
Operate the current existing bank accounts.
Take over the entire management of the school in line with existing policies and laiasing with government regulators.
Generate and manage fund of the school.
Maintain and upgrate facilities including the school bus.
The management of the school shall be awarded to the highest bidders.
The duration of the award shall be two years,(yearly payments) with option for renewal for another one year base on performance.
