Before a tanker berths offshore, it is morred to the SBM, which means you need the services of a tug boats and AHTS vessel

Now the question.... Who contracts these vessels to provide such illegal services?

Who opens the export valves remotely to feed this tanker with crude oil?

Which IOCs are responsible for this sabotage?

They are lot of questions to answer

Starting from Customs, immigration, PENGANSAN, NUPENG, DSS, NPA, CD and the IOCs because they are always in the know of any tanker coming into Nigeria

Akpo Field is managed by Total deepwaters
