Good afternoon everyone, apart from the OP above if you have encoutered the same issue with us pls don't hesitate to drop it here.

We are confident about what we do that's why we are bold enough to put up all our jobs here where anyone can comment.

And about her case, here is the story;
Her inverter got damaged by high current, which made the charging side to stop working, she contacted me about the issue and we told her the way forward (Getting an external charger which cost about the same price for repair) informing her how urgent it must be done because the battery must not be left at it lowest level for so long, after more than one month she contacted us again, and we were surprised she is yet to make any effort about it, we informed her of the dangers through our conversation on call, it was then she took the step (She left the battery at 10.7V (ZERO BAR) for about more than one month without being charged). Obviously, it was late. Even a fully charged Battery must be charged at most every 3 months if not in use.

PS: She did a plan of ₦110K but mentioning batteries worth ₦200K plus, it is because of people like this we decided to cancel all our small plans (₦100K to ₦190K), now our least plan is ₦200K, most people will want to power everything in their house with this small plan even after being given clear instructions.

One thing about batteries is that it actually really doesn't have life span, but what will call CYCLE, in a lame man word, CYCLE is the number of times you can use a battery from full charge to low. For example lithium Battery has 6000 CYCLE, so if you use the Battery from fully charged to low (morning to afternoon) that is 1 CYCLE and then charge again, then use it from fully charged to low (Evening till midnight) that's another cycle, so for 1 day that is 2 CYCLEs...

A person using a 6000 CYCLE Battery this way (2 CYCLE per day) will use the Battery for 6000/2 = 3000 days, if we are to convert it to years 3000/365 = that's approximately 8 years.

And a person using a 6000 CYCLE Battery 3 CYCLE per day) will use the Battery for 6000/3 = 2000 days, if we are to convert it to years 2000/365 = that's approximately 5 and the half years.

25. August 5 , 2022, 1000W Solar Powered Inverter System Installation @ Majorogbe Ajibode, Ibadan.

Recipient: A UI MS.c students and Web designer, living in a room self-contained apartment.

We have done 79 Installations so far and most of our clients are Nairalanders, I wonder why we are just having only 1 complaint out of 79, obviously sound fishy. Our customer relation is quick and top notch, our clients can testify to this.

Meanwhile this same battery is the same Battery we have used for numerous clients.

Yesterday 16th July 2023, I helped my 25th Client ( Qouted) whoose system was installed August 5 2022, (a 1000W inverter with a 40Ah Capatal Battery and 100W panel) relocated his system from Majorogbe Ajibode, Ibadan to Elshaddai area, Ojoo Ibadan, this system will be 1 year old by August 5th 2023, according to my client the battery is still very strong.

Being that we operate openly where anyone can comment, even those who have never patronised us, we are very careful of every information and on our Whatsapp Catalogue the full information about every system is clearly written.

39. October 19/20, 2022. 2000W Solar & Grid Powered Inverter System Installation @ Agbowo UI Community, Ibadan.

Recipient: Myself cool me too sabi better things, I installed it in my single room off campus hostel.

Meanwhile, I am also using the same inverter and battery brand, I did a ₦290K for myself at my hostel in the same October (Quoted above) because that's what I could afford. Till tomorrow I am enjoying 24/7 uninterrupted power Supply provided I have at least 2 hours of NEPA light daily, if not I enjoy at least 20 Hours of power Supply from my inverter everyday, even during raining season.

With God helping me, I hope to install a ₦1.4M plan for my parents soon. I am out here to help, our goal is to make Solar Inverter System affordable and available for everyone that's why we made cheap plans available contrary to the opinion of so many people that Solar is only for the Rich. Unfortunately, due to misuse, we've decided our lowest plan will be ₦200K. Most of our plans now are Tubular Battery Plans and Lithium Battery Plans which are expensive, if you go through this thread, you will see them, our biggest Installation is 20KVA Powered by lithium Battery, the system cost ₦11.5M, and two other 10KVA Powered by lithium Battery which cost ₦6M each installed in both Lagos and Osun states for our Nairalanders client. We hope to do something bigger in the future

Customer Feedback(Image attached):

This Installation was done in the rain, the materials was also transported inside the rain with a lot of stress. This client had a Solar Powered Inverter System before, according to him, the system was'nt good enough due to the fault of the Engineer, I couldn't confirm that as I didn't see the system. So he decided to give us a trial, after months of follow up on all our media platforms including whatsapp, and here is what he have to say 2 days after Installation.
