In sane and hitech countries, a busy and vital highway like Lagos-Ibadan will be minimum of 4 lanes on each side considering the high volume of vehicular movement plying it.

Well, kudos to the government for fixing it.

Maybe if you people stay in the east there won't be heavy traffic.

BUHARI'S MARKINGS.
UNDEMOCRATIC AND AUTHORITATIVE.

LIKE HOW AMERICA AUTHORITATIVELY FORCES DEMOCRACY DOWN THE THROATS OF OTHERS AFTER DESTROYING THEIR CIVILIZATION, WHICH IS CALLED DEMOCRATIC DICTATORSHIP!

TAKE A LOOK AT RUSSIA'S INVASION OF UKRAINE. THE HEAD QUARTERS OF DEMOCRACY HAS A LOT TO LEARN FROM THE COMMUNIST.

and the Jonathan that award it,why didn't he finish it for 7years,he also award second Niger bridge with 40billion and finished it!
Hatred for Buhari don't make people speak the truth again, like someone started a project and finished it just like they're about to finish the second Niger bridge by the same administration of Buhari and people are saying Jonathan awarded it nonsense, is totally unfair to Buhari. Disclaimer: Not a supporter of Buhari but a neutral observer.

It took Jonathan just one year to reach half of the total span of the reconstructed road before he left office but buhari is taking 8 years to complete other half yet you guys praise ineptitude.

It is on record that tinubu was the worst governor to have govern Lagos since 1999.

All what you see were done by fashola/ambode.

Baba is working
The Lagos-ibadan express road should indeed be 10 Lanes.
That is, 4 lanes plus a service lane on each side.

Such an important and the busiest expressway in Nigeria should be very wide.

Future Governments at the Federal level should consider adding more lanes.

When it's infrastructure and other good things, you hear them saying it was initiated and paid for by previous government hence kudos should be ascribe to them. But when it has to do with insecurities and economic hardship, then it's about Buhari forgetting that a platform have been laid over the years by subsequent government as well. Even Ngozi Iweala warned of the impending challenges being faced today.

The project looks solid and beautiful. Buhari is trying in borrowing money to fix our infrastructure, but leadership is far beyond doing that because anyone can do it.

Nigeria needs a man who can create wealth for her teeming population, especially young people. If not, the level of insecurity we will experience in the next ten years, nobody will be able to walk down the streets anymore.

At this point in life, Nigeria can't have more than foor lane highways.....place like Lagos to Ibadan and to Benin City suppose to have five lanes in each side.

Tell your people to try to maintain infrastructure. Constructing roads isn't enough, let's try to maintain them. This same road, sand has covered one lane. The painting guys had to use shovels and brush to be sweeping sand before they can mark the roads

Jonathan started it in 2014 and some part of SAGAMU INTERCHANGE was done back then

Within few months, some part of the road had been done

PMB came into power in 2015 and this road supposed to have been completed since 2018

Till now, some parts of the road has no been done

Both RCC & Julius Berger have not completed their portion

Julius Berger is handling SAGAMU INTERCHANGE to - Lagos which is around 50km or so while RCC is handling SAGAMU INTERCHANGE to Ibadan

That road is my regular route and the work is still on going till this minute
