Any health officer trained by the Nigerian government should be barred from practicing abroad for a minimum 7 years...

Why is the FG crying( crocodile tears)? The same useless FG that can’t pay medical workers that save lives? The same FG that feels our health workers are not important cos they(FG) get medical care outside the shores of naija. They are more stupid than I thought

Typical..Instead of addressing the problem they're busy condemning. If they had paid and treated them well will these doctors even think of relocating in the first place.

Lies my friend a doctor move newly here in finland ends multiple 4 of what he earns in Nigeria dude was crying how he was wasting in Nigeria undecided ask question with sound environment

Indian foreign doctors in U.K formed a Union to complain about their working conditions and pay because they were posted to rural areas they and Nigerian doctors refused to work in their countries.

Nigerian doctors can do the same. Most of them are paid less than nurses. But they are too busy beating their chests to show off to those at home.

Stop training physicians for "international" std. Cuba and China do not and they are respected for their work at home.

Use the resources to train Community Health Officers. They do not run or japa.

It would be nice to back this with evidence.
