Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State, yesterday, pledged to give the late veteran actor, Sam Loco Efe, a state burial. Gov, Chime described his death as a great loss to the entertainment industry, Enugu State and Nigeria. In a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Afam Okereke, Gov.
