Of truth,it is easy to talk the talk in Nigeria not putting action to the talk,for we are all involved with very few exception but in China, its execution straight.
However, Chinese govt is still flawed by not giving fair hearing to the opponents! This is also a form of Corruption.
In Nigeria, virtually all the Sectors of the economy is very corrupt, with those at the top shielding it for themselves!
In Judiciary, especially in National Industrial Court- where a Judge attention was drawn to a flawed decisions that an accuser was NOT Interrogated by the Staff- Disciplary Committee of 5-Members- which is against the norm, as stated in the Company's Rules! How a Judge could go ahead to give Judgement- by violating the very Rules of same company,which states that 'everyone must go before a Staff Disciplary Committee' in a dispute -shows that even Justice is a miscarriage one! Then why should Nigerians seek justice if those entrusted with a justice is now biased and can't make an Independent opinion that would be fair?
National industrial Courts should master Labour Laws and tailored it to the Company and even States in Nigeria have Staff Disciplary Committee!
No wander the Masses don't want to go to Courts again,as - delay is denial!

Maybe I should read the post again, he was practically jailed for life because of his disloyal to the president. If he had continue to be loyal he would have continued with his office and corruption. It shows their form of democracy is dictatorship where nobody else can go against the government of the day. The president is seeking third term agenda and anybody that went against it will be witch hunted by federal forces. It also shows that their are alots of corrupt officials in chaina who are immune to arrest becos of the president.

This is communism my brother. It's seemingly in the interest of the common man but the truth is the policies and ideology are meant to keep one man and a small group in power for as long as possible. Xi Jinping is going for a record third term but in all of these, he has been clean all along?

Only a few crimes can ruin a man's ambition like bribery in those climes. So if you want to take him out, frame him. That's how to hold onto power. The charge is ambiguous.... If they really were looking to sanitize the whole place, they would find out the loops and strengthen their system against future infarctions.
