Sales Executive Vacancy!

MyMedicalBank is a health technology company with a vision to promote digital access to healthcare in Nigeria through creating digital solutions that connect consumers with healthcare providers, health information and their health records from their smartphone.

We are currently seeking friendly and result-oriented candidates to join our Sales team.

Job Summary
Working under the direction of the Sales Manager, the candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Location
Lagos with work being a mix of digital and field operations.

Remuneration
Based on a combination of a Base Rate of N50,000-N100,000 and Commission not less than 3% on every sale generated. Both offers are negotiable depending on experience and are further augmented with performance bonus to encourage enterprise.

Responsibilities
1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
3. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
4. Research marketing opportunities and constantly prospect for new customers
5. Maintain and update customer databases using CRM

Person Specifications
● Successful track record in selling through digital channels
● Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to set and achieve goals independently
● Working knowledge of healthcare industry an added advantage
● Strong networking and team working skills
