I know a place in Ogba, Lagos, They have heavy equipment to process this.They will cut,fry and package it into sachet / plastics, you will only pay token for these service and you will do the marketing.One thing I know for sure is that,plantain chips are not hard to sell.Supermarkets will collect them.though, they might ask you to come back for your money in d following week.
