Almost Every constitution in the world allow freedom to vote and be voted for, the requirement is just 18 and above.
But you see my problem with Nigeria politics is it is filled with attention seekers, with jokers. Just look at the sowore for example, a man who went to a peace accord filled with established political persons only for him as an amateur who havent won any political post in his life aside SUG election only to go and starts constituting nuisance for the camera. He even posted it, because he knows ofcourse it will attract those miscreants obidients hailing him just Because of their hatred for tinubu. Forgetting it could have been anymore, he could have done that to anyone next time.
That is a public nuisance, and it should be condemn not tagged as been courageous We need a filter in our democracy. There are more than 10 registered political parties in America. Some people dont even know other parties exist beside Republican and Democrat parties. This is because they have stakeholders who filter out the stragglers and noise makers early on so there will be no embarassing situations. |
